1. About the portal
This is an independent community website. It is not run by, or connected with, any development authority or government body. Information is provided by residents and businesses and may not always be complete or up to date.
2. Your account
You need an account with a verified email address to post. Each person may have one account, linked to one email address and one WhatsApp number. Keep your password private; you are responsible for everything posted from your account.
3. What you post
Posts must be true, legal and about real items, property or services in the town. Do not post weapons, drugs, stolen goods, adult content, hateful content or anyone else’s private information. New posts are checked before they appear, and we may edit, hide or remove any post or account that breaks these rules.
4. Orders and dealings
Orders and enquiries are sent directly to the shop or seller on WhatsApp. The portal is not a party to any sale, does not take payment and does not guarantee any item, price or delivery. Meet in person, check before paying and never send money in advance.
5. Free and paid plans
Free accounts can publish a limited number of posts of each kind. Paid plans, featured places and boosts last for the period shown when you buy them. Payments are recorded manually and are not refundable once a plan or boost has started.
6. Reports
Anyone can report a post. We review reports and may remove posts or block accounts. Repeated false reports may also lead to a block.
7. Liability
The website is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from dealings between users, from posts made by users, or from the site being unavailable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
